About the Author/Speaker:

Ann was a distributor of Successful Living Products for seventeen years, dba Genesis Books, and worked up to Area Manager by placing fifty inspirational family reading centers in Oklahoma and South-central Kansas. She is a CLASS (Christian Leaders Authors & Speakers Seminar) graduate.

She and her husband Jim have been married 40 years. Jim was an infantry officer in Vietnam, a college instructor and football coach, a business and industry trainer and retired as a community college president July, 2007.

Ann and Jim have four grown children––three sons and one daughter. Former Army Captain Kurt graduated from West Point Military Academy in 1994. He is a research analyst and married to Davi; they have a two-year-old son. Davi manages low-income housing complexes. Francy is married to Major Scott Mueller––who was in Kurt’s graduating class. Scott is deploying to Iraq for the second time August, 2009. They have three boys (11, 9 and 1). Matthew is an ex-Army captain––after having been to Iraq twice. He lives in Minneapolis and is a manager for Viracon Corporation. Hank and his wife Tara have two daughters (3 and 1)––making six grandchildren. Hank is a construction engineer, and Tara has a photography business out of her home.
